Section 1: Spam
A. No spam. (posting topics/messages in the wrong forums/threads, or posting messages that make no sense and don't relate to the general idea of the thread or forum).
-I. If it calls for a direct answer (ie: how are you today?) you must address the question first, then include any secondary response thereafter.
-II. General topics may or may not require a direct answer.
-III. All off topic posts not falling into either of the above two sub sections (1A: I/II) shall be handled at the discretion of the addressing moderator.
B. STAY ON TOPIC, do not hijack someone else's thread, keep it on the main post's general idea/point.

Section 2: Harassment
A. Do not flame or harass other users, keep your comments positive. If you have a complaint or a problem, message myself or another staff member.

Section 3: Reporting Hackers
A. If you think someone is hacking, immediately contact a player/forum administrator or moderator. Do not engage in conversation with hacker, however, note as much information about them as possible. This would include demos, screenshots, etc.
B. Submitting to the hackers exposed forum:
-I. All submissions must be accurate, and backed up with a reasonable amount of evidence. Under no circumstance will you post accusations in that forum.

Section 4: In-Game Conduct
A. Do not be offensive to people, call votes to kick random people, or whine if you lose.
-I. By offensive we mean any action that is considered rude, harassing, unreasonable, objectionable or distasteful by a "reasonable" person.
-II. For the purpose of this section, reasonable is defined as any impartial person - 31st member or not.
-III. If you are offensive towards anyone on the server, you can recieve an immediate ban and do not require a warning, if you have rcon you may ban anyone being offensive.
B. Be courteous to all members, including 31st and allies, if you have any problems with someone, contact me
C. No one is permitted to call a change of game type on the public server, the exception to this rule is on the private server where the game type may be modified.
-I. Acceptable game types are "Bash" or "Pistols" or "Rifles".
-II. Public server game type may not be modified under any circumstance.
D. Ranking officers may assign members of lower rank to certain teams when applicable.
-I. An exception to this rule would be when joining would offset team balance (ie: when autobalance is in effect).
-II. Ranking officers may not dictate how you play the game. They are not permitted to instruct you on what weapon or style of attack you use. However, they may supervise overall game strategy.
E. Members of other clans/independant members may not advertise or encourage members to join their site/clan.
-I. If you see someone doing this, contact a player admin/mod, or feel free to ban them yourself.
-II. If you have rcon, you may ban the advertiser at your leisure, you do not have to give them a warning prior to banning.

Section 5: Advertising
A. The advertisement of personal websites/clans is strictly prohibited on the forum.
-I. The only exception to this is if you have contacted an Administrator prior to posting the content.
-II. You may post websites that do not relate to this forums content.
-III. The only sites that may be posted relating to our content is pages that contain downloads or videos, etc.
-IV. You may not encourage members to join these websites, only link to the download, video, etc.
-V. Links may not include viruses, advertisements, or offensive/graphic content.

Section 6: Our Policy
A. If anywhere in the policy we have failed to cover something, it is up to the discretion of the user to do what is right.
-I. You may not do anything that harms the clan/any other member, even if it is not covered.
-II. If we have not specifically covered a subject, but it conflicts with other forum rules, then you may not proceed in breaking those rules.
